We utilize pipe piles and custom steel brackets to support foundations and prevent them from sinking. Our custom system prevents cracking and can be utilized on old foundations with poor quality concrete.
Pipe pile installed through angle iron running the entire length of the foundation
Continuous angle iron distributes the load along the length of the foundation
Welding brackets in the field to stabilize a chimney
Raising and leveling the house foundation. Usually we lift the house instead of the foundation, but occasionally this is the right answer for the problem.
These pipe piles are a custom design by Frank Shields, used to restrain the soil when the setbacks between houses are not large enough to allow digging for a new foundation.
These pipe piles were used to provide the structural support needed for a new retaining wall.
We have the capability of driving full sticks of pipe when we have the room to do it.
When on-site welding is required, we have a certified welder on our crew.
We use our excavators to lift the hammers, so we can drive multiple piles at one time.
